Have been coming here for a while over 10 years. Love the customer service love the quality of service I arrive this morning to discover that they have automated everything so I have to now input put all my clothes into a bag and drop them off at a kiosk with no interaction with employees, it takes additional time and there’s no way to verify the count of clothes that come in. I understand the need to automate to improve efficiency and costs, but for a premium dry cleaner to do this and eliminate the customer service aspect is terrible. Unfortunately, this is not a change for the better and this will be my last time using Five Star Cleaner, I can’t express how overly disappointing this is.
Left over $200.00 dollars of dry cleaning and alterations at the Huebner location. Picked up order the next week. When I tried altered pants on one was hemmed correctly the other was still too long. I returned incorrectly hemmed pant and was told by the seamstress (same one that measured pants) that it was impossible that she made a mistake. Another seamstress remeasured pants. Returned to store for the fourth time. I complained to Manager. He didn’t say a word. Five star is an overpriced joke. Do not take your clothes there.
Very satisfied with the work done on my son's shirt needed for a funeral. Surprised it was ready the same day. The kiosk machines are very easy to use also.
Had an alteration done on a vest that required removing a piece without damaging the article and then placing it in a slightly different spot, great work, can’t tell it’s been moved. Done quicker than promised.
Clothes are cleaned to the usual high standard. But the store is now “contactless” automated system to drop off and pick up. There is no personal service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!! I don’t like it at all! I’ve been using your business for almost 10 years. You’ve lost a customer.
The coupons percentage keeps getting lower and lower and my pocket book can feel it. Other than that I love my Five Star team!! They are so friendly and so helpful!! And the quality of their work is amazing!!
